Attorney Scott A. Scott is a proud alumni of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire (2018), where he earned his bachelors degree in Political Science with a Legal Studies emphasis. Scott followed his bachelors degree by earning his Juris Doctor degree from the Marquette University Law School (2021). For his entire legal career, Scott has been proud to represent the “little guy," battling multi-national corporations and other businesses, getting results for his clients. Throughout his career, Scott has obtained several five-figure settlements for his clients when they are mistreated by their bosses.
In addition to Labor and Employment issues, Attorney Small also represents clients in other civil matters, from small claims to seven-figure claims, Scott has your back when battling through the courts. Scott also practices in family and children’s court, where he prides himself on obtaining the best possible result for his clients who are battling for custody, placement, visitation, changes to child support, and protecting their parental rights.
Attorney Small is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association, Wisconsin Employment Lawyers Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, and is barred in the State of Wisconsin and the Eastern District of the State of Wisconsin (federal). In his free time, Scott loves to golf, attend local trivia competitions, and spend time outdoors with friends and family.
